My superpower is being a woman. In my story, I am a SHERO. I AM Tumi Lebaka. I AM called to make a difference and transform the lives of women and enable them to shift to elevation, increase, and success.

Born from a rural homeland in Qwa-qwa to leading corporate institutions. I’m a Mom, Corporate leader, Business owner, Entrepreneur, Coach, and a God lover.  My life has not always been easy, but I have overcome all that life has thrown at me, and made lemonade out of the lemons.

I’m a seasoned executive, and leader in corporate South Africa with a background in both the public and private sector. I believe that the change we need starts with ourselves. I have had the opportunity to occupy high-profile positions and was also announced by President Cyril Ramaphosa as one of two CEOs recognized by the Future of HR Awards in 2019, this was indeed a humbling experience. I’m a trained NLP life coach and mentor, business owner, and MBA graduate. I’m passionate about self-development and I have leaped to pursue my Doctorate in Business Administration.

I am a transformational leader and change-maker, always seeking opportunities to create positive change, become impactful in industries I find myself, and live a legacy that I can be proud of. I also share my skills, and expertise in Corporate South Africa by participating in Board in various sectors such as leadership institutions, Sports sector, Higher Education Institutions, and many others. I am a speaker and author and use these platforms to inspire, motivate, and elevate those who I interact with. I am very passionate about women’s empowerment and dedicate my time and effort to advancing the growth and development of women. Having been appointed as CEO of two public sector entities has enabled me to work closely in the development sector advancing women’s leadership and directly working with small businesses to expand and scale.
